PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Policy for Print & Web Site Development

Google Checkout Acceptance Mark50% payment of your estimated total is paid as a deposit prior to beginning work. We accept Credit Card, Check or Paypal payments. The final payment is due immediately upon completion of the web development project and before the completed web site can remain published, or be available for updates.  

Should PDX Design Company not be provided everything needed in order to complete the web site within 30 days of the start date, an invoice will be mailed out. Payment in full must be made within 7 business days of the date on the invoice in order to keep what's completed published. PDX Design Company will continue working on your site once your balance is $0.00.

Pause in web site development

A request to pause web site development must be made in writing to PDX Design Company and include the signature of the authoritative client if your web site has not drawn to completion 45 days from the start date. Prior to putting in for a Pause in Development, your balance must be paid in full. Delays can't exceed a period of 30 days. Any delay requested by the client that exceeds 30 days with no further notification will be considered a cancellation, and hence charges for the number of hours accumulated during web site development before the request to pause is made are assessed. *If you are paid in full, you will not be charged again. PDX Design Company will continue working on your site once your balance is $0.00.

Should a web site be disconnected due to non-payment a reconnect fee of $45.00 is applied to the balance owed. PDX Design Company will continue working on your site once your balance is $0.00.

Logo Designs

 

100% payment of your estimated total is paid prior to beginning work. We accept Check or Paypal payments. Because the LOGO can be used if the watermarks are removed once viewed, payment must be made prior to construction of your unique logo design in the event it was viewed live (via web pages).
